Hey!!!!!!!!!
I am back. I have come back with an amazing Chocolate Cake recipe.
Let’s dive right in!!!
Magic ingredients:
- Dark Chocolate – 50 grams
- Milk Compound – 50 grams
- Unsalted Butter – 100 grams
- Egg – 1
- Castor Sugar – 100 grams
- Flour – 60 grams
- Baking Powder – 1.5 grams
- Salt – 1 grams
- Vanilla Essence – 1.5 ml
- Chocolate Chips – 20 grams (Optional)
Here goes the recipe………….
- Start by melting the butter and grated chocolate on a double boiler. You can use a whisk or a spoon to mix the butter and chocolate.
- After the mixture cools down, add 1 big egg and whisk it together.
- Put in the sugar and mix well.
- Sieve the flour and baking powder into a separate mixing bowl and then add salt. (Fun Fact:The salt doesn’t go through the sieve)
- Add flour mixture slowly to the chocolate mixture and incorporate the flour properly so that there are no lumps.
- Preheat your oven for 5 minutes at 180°C
- Grease the baking tin with butter.
- Get experimental with the type of mould you are using. Experimenting is always fun. Isn’t it???
- Pour in the batter and tap the mould on a flat surface to let the air bubbles out.
- Oh, and also to straighten the surface of the batter in the mould.
- Bake the cake for about 35 minutes at 180°C
Enjoy it with a scoop of Ice cream!!!!!!!!!
